They do post updates here and there, which is nice, but I’ve noticed replies can take a while and some local questions don’t always get answered. It’s not a huge deal, but it sometimes makes the community side feel a little more like a checkbox than a real conversation

My order showed up without any damage, but the set wasn’t actually complete. I had to look through everything and then contact customer service to figure it out. They did respond, but it took longer than I expected and was kind of frustrating to deal with. Has anyone else had the same issue with missing parts?

I ordered this thinking it would be an easy gift, but that was on them to make clear because it showed up looking really plain and not very presentable. There was no gift note, no nice wrapping, nothing that made it feel special—just kind of tossed together with low effort.
The bricks themselves were fine, so I’m not blaming the product entirely, but I did end up having to re-pack everything myself before giving it. For the price, I expected the seller to put a little more care into making it actually ready to gift
